Your dog's details you choose to share — name, breed, age and weight — which help us calibrate a baseline before the device arrives.
Payment is processed by our payment gateway; we do not store your full card or bank details on our servers.

When you use the Boop One collar & app (after it ships)

Device and sensor data — activity, rest and sleep, scratching, resting breathing rate, and, on the Tracking plan, location and routes.
App account details and settings.

2. How we use your information

To process and fulfil your pre-order and keep you updated about it.
To build your dog's personal baseline and send you plain-words health alerts.
To provide customer support and respond to your queries.
To improve our product and, where you've agreed, send you occasional updates.
To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run Boop, under confidentiality obligations:

Payment gateway (Razorpay) — to process payments securely.
Hosting & infrastructure — to run this website and the app.
Courier / logistics partners — to deliver your order.
Analytics / email tools — used to understand site usage and send order updates.

4. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete your account data — your dog's health history is yours, and we'll return or delete it on request, subject to legal requirements.
